General Condition Assessments Reports are typically used by clients to determine the current condition of a roof/façade/parking structure/hardscape to determine if any repairs are necessary and to budget for routine maintenance, repairs and/or replacement. We document current conditions with photographic, infrared, nuclear isotope, x-ray, sonography, ground penetrating radar, disassembly/core, or other requested/recommended testing and estimate the cost of repairs, maintenance, and replacements as necessary, typically for a 5-year period. A report is prepared for the client complete with photographs/images/drawings/test results and 5-year, or other client designated length, budget projections.
